颜培正，医学博士，副教授，中医文献与文化研究院党委副书记，全国高等中医药院校优秀辅导员，齐鲁扁仓杰出青年人才，国家中医药古籍文献与文化研究传承创新团队骨干成员，中国中医药信息学会慢性病管理分会常务理事、山东中医药学会中医药文化与科普专业委员会副主任委员。
